The WDI USA Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We fund educational activities to promote the Declaration on Women’s Sex-Based Rights in the United States. We are a women-only, all-volunteer, nonpartisan organization founded in 2025. You can learn more about our Board of Directors here.

The Declaration on Women’s Sex-Based Rights is available in full here, and you can add your signature here. As of February 2026, there are 7,046 American signatories to the Declaration.

Women’s sex-based rights are currently under attack from both sides of the political aisle. In our current environment, feminism is only seen as valid when men are included in the analysis. We, on the other hand, start from a position of women being central in all our analysis and political organizing as we seek to envision a world where women are free of objectification and violence. We work for the liberation of all women and girls based on sex, and challenge the discrimination we face when sex is replaced with “gender identity”, in law, policy, practice, and culture. With so many women feeling politically homeless, there has never been a more urgent time to contribute to the movement.
